We are building up a motivated team of talented scientists to elucidate how our DNA is getting repair to prevent mutations and genomic instability and ultimately find novel therapeutic strategies to fight against cancers.
We are looking to hire new talent passionate about science and innovation. If you are interested in genomic instability, DNA repair, and cancer, we are currently accepting applications from graduate students (already enrolled at UCI), undergraduates, postdocs, research associates and technicians. Please send your CV, reference letters (3 letters for postdocs) and a brief summary of your research interests to rbuisson@uci.edu.
Postdoctoral applicants must have one excellent first author publication and a Ph.D. degree in biochemistry, molecular and cellular biology or a related field. Expertise in DNA damage/repair, epigenetics and genomics would be an asset but not required. Candidates at the end of their Ph.D. degree or with a submitted paper will be also considered.
